For IT Companies/Recruiters :- We provide Fresh Graduates having technical IT skills, for IT companies, at no cost.
Non IT Recruitment :- Human resources for NON IT profile are chargeable at (depending on experience); 7%, 9% and 11% of annual CTC offered to the candidate.
BPO :- SQUAD does not provide candidates for BPO profile.
Open Placement for all :- SQUAD offers Free of Cost placement to all candidates except BPO (SQUAD does not conduct recruitment for BPO openings). There is no mandatory need to undergo training from SQUAD.
